Färgbygge is born
​
In the late 1970s, a group of painters and architects set out to find new materials for coloring houses. This initiative led to the establishment of our own paint manufacturing company under the name Färgbygge. The color palette was based on Goethe's color theory, with a focus on functionality in harmony with the human environment.

​
After many years of development work, we are proud to offer consumers and professional painters a newly developed range of interior paints. Our focus has been on increasing the proportion of renewable raw materials, minimizing VOC substances, and improving technical properties.

In 2017, we moved into a brand-new factory located within the municipality of Sigtuna. Significant investments have been made to minimize energy consumption and improve the working environment, while also expanding our capacity to meet the demand for our paints.
